Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Beely collects, how we use it and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

Data we collect

• Order details: recipient name, email address, mobile number, delivery address (province, city or regency, district, village and postal code), the items you order and any note you add.
• Account details: name, email address and password, which we store only in hashed form, plus your saved address, order history and points balance.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email or chat, including your order number.
• Reviews: your name, rating and review text.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Technical data: the cookies described below.

We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are made by bank transfer or QRIS from your own bank or wallet app.

How we use it

• to process, deliver and support your order, including confirming payment and sending tracking details;
• to manage your account, order history and points;
• to answer your questions and handle returns or size exchanges;
• to publish reviews you submit, after they are checked;
• to send the newsletter, only if you subscribed;
• to keep the store secure and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We never sell personal data. We share only what is needed with:

• Couriers such as JNE, J&T and SiCepat: recipient name, mobile number and address, to deliver your parcel;
• WhatsApp: when you continue to the chat after checkout, your order summary is sent through WhatsApp, which processes messages under its own privacy policy;
• Hosting, email and measurement providers that run the store or measure it on our behalf, as described under Measurement and advertising;
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Measurement and advertising

We use these measurement tools: Meta Pixel. They help us understand which pages are viewed and how our ads perform.

To measure advertising we use the Meta Pixel in your browser and the Conversions API from our server. Both send the same events (for example a product view, an add to cart, an order) with the same event id so they are counted once. What the server sends is your email and phone number as one-way hashes (SHA-256), your IP address and your browser type. The cookies _fbp and _fbc hold a browser id and an ad click id for 90 days.

You can switch it off with your browser's cookie settings or an ad blocker.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, generally 10 years. Messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you may:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• correct or update inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data or close your account, except records we must keep by law;
• withdraw your consent at any time, for example to the newsletter;
• object to or ask us to limit certain processing.

Send your request to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we respond as soon as possible within the time limits set by law.

Security

The store runs over an encrypted connection, passwords are stored in hashed form, and only authorised team members can open order and customer data. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Children

Our store is intended for customers aged 18 and over. Younger customers should shop with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the store or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
